What we will offer you:

  • A rate of pay starting at $14.00 per hour
  • $2 shift differential for 2nd shift
  • One-time $1,000 sign on bonus

What we are looking for:

  • Manufacturing experience preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety preferred
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to work in a cold/wet environment
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • High school graduate or GED preferred

 

Main responsibilities may include:

  • Hand sort product to check for defects
  • Deposit product from the belt into sealed pouches using a bag-filled cup filling machine
  • Transfer finished pouches to the cooking rack
  • Moving unfinished product from tubs to belts
  • Placing cooked product in trays, boxes and tubs
  • Ensure the product has the correct label, weighing ingredients, temperature, and proper distribution
  • Combine ingredients and cook soups using the company’s recipe

 

Working hours:

  • 1st shift positions – Monday thru Friday (Occasional weekends) with start times from 5am-6:30am
  • 2nd shift positions - Monday thru Friday (Occasional weekends) with start time of 1:30pm
