What we will offer you:
A rate of pay between $25 to $28 per hour
$3 shift differential for 2nd shift
One-time $1,000 sign on bonus
Vacation time after 6 months of employment and personal days

What we are looking for:
Manufacturing experience preferred
Prior management experience
Knowledge of LEAN/Process Improvement
Strong problem-solving skills
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Main responsibilities include:
Manage employees in the veggie prep area which includes coordinating breaks, lunches of team to optimize line efficiency, reallocating employees during equipment breakdowns, training new employees on the line and monitor all employees for adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices and policies.
Monitoring of all systems and processes looking for areas of improvement.
Filling out waste tickets and assisting business manager with preventative measures.
Evaluate the quality of the finished product.
