The Lincoln Journal Star is seeking an innovative video-first storyteller to join our team of award-winning journalists. Long Lincoln’s leading news outlet, the Journal Star has been building its multimedia storytelling capabilities, and we are looking for someone with the skills and abilities to take us to the next level. The Journal Star newsroom is collaborative, synergistic and dynamic. This position requires a team player who can assist and learn from fellow reporters, editors and visual journalists while elevating the Journal Star’s work across multiple platforms.

 

Are you ready?

Do you have a track record of building an audience by finding and sharing interesting, compelling and/or original stories of people and places? Are you able to create stories in video and print formats? If so, this may be the role for you! Candidates must possess a minimum of three years of journalism experience.
