Description: As part of an internal marketing and communications creative team, this position provides design and marketing technology support for digital platforms, and other promotional materials including printed collateral. This position reports to the Director of Marketing Operations and works closely with the Senior Graphics Designer and the Manager of Marketing Technology.


  • Provides design support to the department team responsible for the development and management of website and social media platforms, marketing materials, announcements and advertisements as well as electronic marketing communications
  • Create well-edited videos and quality motion graphics
  • Develops sophisticated PowerPoint presentations
  • Supports the social media team with graphics
  • Supports website creation and management
  • Create templates and interactive forms
  • Responsible for keeping up-to-date with new advances in digital marketing and developing creative approaches to apply technology/applications to our marketing efforts and firm initiatives
  • Supports the onboarding of new hires through managing photography arrangements and image formatting, announcements as appropriate, and other promotional needs
  • Enhances own professional growth and development through participation in educational programs
  • Participates in professional organizations and reading of current literature
  • Understands and complies with all applicable firm policies, procedures, and philosophies


  • 2-5+ years’ of graphic design experience preferred
  • Must demonstrate strong knowledge and skills with the design and production of desktop publishing, graphic design, motion graphics, WordPress, email marketing, sophisticated PowerPoint and Prezi uses
  • Computer skills required:
    • Adobe Creative Suite: Acrobat, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier, After Effects and Photoshop; Microsoft Office Suite: MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as Prezi
    • Basic website design, HTML5, CSS, WordPress
    • Motion Graphics software
    • Editing for video and audio
    • MAC proficiency a plus
  • Must have a portfolio that demonstrates strong design skills and creativity with motion graphics, work on digital platforms including social media, and a selection of print marketing materials
  • Strong time management skills: responsive, organized, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple and diverse projects, meets deadlines, communicates as issues arise or changes occur. Facile with using project management tools, such as ClickUp.
  • Must have professional experience with social media
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills required
  • Marketing acumen required
  • Experience with professional services and B2B marketing a plus
  • Must possesses initiative, good judgment, enthusiasm, and work well in a dynamic, collaborative team environment
  • Desire to progress and seek training or self-learning in marketing, design and new technologies
