What You’ll Do

 

Deliver a high-quality candidate experience through the growth of Hightower Advisors corporate and field teams. Support the entire Human Resources department and assist with the Hightower recruiting, onboarding, and talent management strategies.

 

  • Develop relationships with Hightower Advisor field offices and liaison between the field and corporate hiring teams. Work closely with our Advisor Engagement team to understand current and future hiring needs of all our field offices.
  • Embody the Hightower brand to the field teams and candidates with the ability to deliver the unique story of each different advisor team
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle to ensure hiring requirements are met, from initial kick-off meeting to candidate close
  • Manage recruiting efforts such as posting requisitions, scheduling interviews, and strategy
  • Develop recruiting strategies to maintain a strong talent pipeline for Hightower in all functions of the company with a specific focus on field teams
  • This role will recruit entry level candidates through key field team executives
  • Negotiate, prepare offers, and coordinate with other departments for onboarding
  • Evaluate, screen incoming resumes as well as develop unique sourcing strategies according to the positions targeting the unique needs of each field team
  • Assist in developing our employer brand and maintaining Hightower’s recruiting sites
  • Conduct initial interviews and think holistically about talent across the entire organization
  • Work with hiring managers to determine staffing and talent needs for all levels of the company
  • Assist the Director, Recruiting and Talent Management with any ad hoc projects

 

What You’ll Bring

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of recruiting related experience, specifically with full-life cycle recruiting experience
  • Ceridian HRIS and financial services experience strongly preferred
  • Possess a strong EQ and demonstrated experience as an active listener
  • Dynamic ability to negotiate offers and manage vendor relationships when needed
  • Resourceful enough to recruit across multiple positions and geographies
  • Strong detail orientation and an ability to manage multiple competing priorities
  • Maintain high levels of confidentiality and trust
  • Aptitude to conduct interviews including behavioral interview techniques and act as a SME to the field teams
  • Experience working with ATS systems and sourcing tools
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Dynamic personality and competency to read people and situations
