Gate Precast Company is seeking qualified candidates for a full-time position in the area of BIM Modeling to serve in their Jacksonville, Arkansas engineering department. We have a need for a candidate that can fulfill the role of designing of projects within a Revit environment.
Applicant would be responsible for the design and managing of Architectural precast projects, Structural precast projects and also a new and upcoming GateLite product.

A minimum of an AAS Degree from an accredited Drafting & Design Program is desired for consideration, but not mandatory if significant experience exists.
Applicants need to be detail oriented, driven, focused & able to work within a team setting.
Permanent resident status or citizenship is required. Experience and knowledge would preferably include:
· Proficiency in 3D BIM modeling with a specific emphasis in Revit.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc)
· Basic knowledge of construction methods
· Familiarity with conventionally reinforced or prestressed concrete
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Knowledge of how to read & interpret Architectural & Structural Contract Documents
