Online Ad Traffic Admin- Top Accounts/Communities
 

This position will be a CSM backup. This position will fulfill tracking requests and manage audits across multiple teams to prevent delays in display and other DMS products going live .Communicate upcoming and passed deadlines with the CSM team on a regular basis. Monitor case queues to assist CSM’s in timely execution of tasks, tracking needs and concerns, and deadlines. In addition, this role will be the primary contact for creating, scheduling, and executing local.com email blasts and Facebook boosted posts. The candidate must be flexible and able to multitask across a variety of job duties and MUST have deep familiarity with the Gannett suite of products.
 

Knowledge Skills and Abilities

  • Aligned to support Local CSM to ensure digital campaigns start as expected
  • Assigned cases by CSM when tactic includes code, tags or pixels
  • Engage with CAO on pixel/tracking troubleshooting
  • Confirmation of pixel/tag deployment and firing
  • Partner with CSM to ensure all required tags are deployed
  • Provide O&O premium inventory avails and rate requests to support proposal and RFP requests
  • Monitor dashboards, queues
  • Review all start dates for orders to ensure go live at correct time
  • CSM backup
  • Check and help resolve Line Item Holds
  • Work with CAO on targeting changes as related to inventory avails
  • Main contact for local.com email blast and boosted post program
  • Proactively manage relationships with key internal and external vendors (GIADC, Order Management, RL, Central Ad Ops, etc.) to ensure deliverables meet agreed upon specifications, deadlines and standards;
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems
  • Effective oral and written business communication skills, including the ability to interact with customers and present concepts clearly to your audience
  • Strong organization and project management skills to manage multiple ongoing projects

  • Previous experience with platforms such as Simpli.fi and GAM, Google Analytics, Salesforce, OrderHub, ATOL, AdPoint
