The Software Services Consultant (SSC) will execute service tasks in support of our company’s ReachEdge, ReachSite, and Kickserv product suite. This role will provide support in aid of our clients’ digital marketing plan. Additionally, the SSC will assist in support for key clients and advanced front-end website issues. The SSC will take on an area of expertise (e.g. technical issues, graphic design & content, client service operations) and be responsible for running projects related to their specific area.

Job Summary:

The Software Services Consultant will be responsible for supporting our EDGE SaaS solution, ReachSites, and web design products.  In this role, the SSC will assist in onboarding new clients, deliver instructional training, build marketing templates for clients, design workflow processes, and troubleshoot the ReachEdge platform & ReachSites. A successful candidate for an SSC will be able to quickly diagnose issues, recommend changes, and communicate changes to ReachLocal clients and sales reps.

Knowledge skills and abilities:

  • Two plus years of experience with front end web technologies, including HTML/CSS and Java
  • Two plus years of experience with Wordpress, Drupal, Joomla, and other popular content management systems
  • Google Analytics certification a plus
  • Strong verbal and write n communication skills
  • Strong phone and training skills
  • Ability to quickly master business processes, marketing and technology concepts
  • Ability to multi-task and handle multiple competing priorities
  • Demonstrated expertise in customer relationship management
  • Ability to communicate and work together with staff within this and other departments to solve problems
  • Good analytical and systematic problem-solving skills
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to software workflows and configurations
  • Experience supporting a SaaS based software product

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in General Business, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Journalism or English
  • 3 years of experience in Account Management, Marketing, Advertising, Sales, Customer Service, Web Design or related fields
