LOCALiQis looking for an analytical storyteller with a passion for problem solving and data integration. The Data Visualization & Analytics Program Manager will work alongside our data team and clients to ingest data into our reporting platforms, to customize dashboards and reports, and to integrate Google Analytics into our digital marketing mix. A successful candidate must have a strong grasp of digital marketing and how to tell the best data-driven story. This individual will be the go-to person for several teams and oversee an end-to-end data analytics solution, from intake and prioritization to planning, testing, and execution.
 

Position Requirements:

  • A complete Business Intelligence skill stack, from query to dashboard

  • Experience with data visualization in a platform like Tableau or PowerBI
  • Basic Experience and understanding with HTML, JavaScript, website development tools
  • Google Tag Manager (GTM) Advanced Skills
  • Cross Domain Tracking
  • Ecommerce set-up – Expertise around creating values in GTM to push into the data layer
  • A solid understanding of relational databases – familiarity with merges or joins in third party platforms   

Position Responsibilities:

  • Work with clients and delivery teams to identify key KPIs and develop client measurement plan
  • Connect insights and present a journey through data and visualizations
  • Connect and transform disparate data sources while infusing business knowledge to create highly impactful insights in a compelling way
  • Create dashboards and reports utilizing internal and third-party tools, such as TapClicks, NinjaCat, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Data Studio, Google My Business, Google Tag Manager, Shopify, Adobe Analytics, Microsoft Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, SnapChat, and more
  • Review and setup Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager (implementing code; placing pixels; creating custom goals, events, and conversion tracking; trouble shooting issues)
  • Work with other LOCALiQ teams to build out best practices for attribution of all media products
  • Troubleshoot connection and data discrepancies
  • Interface with vendor support for platform enhancements/additions and errors
  • Build ingestion of off-platform data including email, Google Sheets, AWS, etc.
  • Develop creative solutions to gather data or to break data down
  • Provide analysis of campaign performance and insights
  • Provide recommendations for additional tracking, reporting, and optimizations
  • Troubleshoot campaign issues, especially as it pertains to tracking and or visibility in Google Analytics
  • Troubleshoot Google Analytics issues (missing attribution, lost tracking, and discrepancies)
  • Create training materials on systems and process (reporting platforms, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and general tracking)
  • Provide training to Sales, Post Sales, Sales Engineers teams on reporting platforms, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and general tracking

About You:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (General Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Advertising or Public Relations)
  • 2+ years hands-on experience managing online/digital advertising campaigns
  • 4+ Years in Mastering Google Analytics Integration
  • 3+ Years of Data Integration Experience
  • 3+ Years in Data Visualization Experience (dashboards and automated monthly reports) Experience with TapClicks and NinjaCat is a Plus!
