The primary responsibility of the UX Researcher is to plan, recruit for, conduct, and synthesize user research to help create intuitive and innovative products. The Researcher will work closely with product, development and business team members across the entire user-centered design process.


  • Design, own, and execute the research strategy to better understand users across different products
  • Identify criteria for and recruit participants using a variety of approaches
  • Use various research methods to uncover user needs and pain points and identify improvements to the end-to-end user experience
  • Translate research into insights to drive measurable user experience outcomes aligned to business goals
  • Collaborate with teams in the gathering of customer feedback and making recommendations that drive product strategy
  • Give and receive feedback with humor, patience and compassion to teammates and cross-functional partners
  • All other duties as assigned

   Must have the ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.  


  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in behavioral science, human computer interaction, psychology, or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience as a hands-on researcher, working across multiple platforms, including mobile
  • Experience in creating and implementing research and data collection plans for user experience and acceptance testing
  • Well versed in various research methodologies (virtual and in-person interviews, usability testing, surveying, etc.)
  • Able to analyze and synthesize qualitative and quantitative information and present the results to various levels of stakeholders
  • Experience incorporating research in software development lifecycle in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Able to quickly grasp new concepts and understand complex workflows
  • Portfolio that includes examples of past work experience, deliverables, and outcomes
