To take ownership and accountability for coordination in releasing of vendor payments, administration of vendor fees, maintaining controls, and adhering to all department’s processes and procedures.

To maintain consistency in the processes and procedures for all sub-contractors and hospital systems.To maintain process flow awareness through all departments that can impacts the process.To develop and maintain good working relationships with all sub-contractors and internal departments through excellent customer service.


·Responsible to provide support for escalated external vendor inquiries to our internal departments as well as to vendors directly when necessary.

·Responsible for set up and maintenance for all vendor administration fees based on requests from the MSP Sales Support team.

·Responsible for distribution of weekly billing reports to all non - Shiftwise Travel vendors


·Preparation of the payment vouchers will be based on reconciliation of the payment vouchers to payments made to CCS by the hospital accounts, The SCSS will ensure that we pay the sub-contractors only when we are paid and as we are paid. This will require closely working with Payroll, Billing, and Collections

·Managing the resolution to any vendor payment discrepancies by working with the Collections department and Billing through scheduled meetings and reporting.

·Preparation of payment vouchers to AP for items resolved through payment discrepancy process, including vendor pay/bill adjustments, AR adjustments, and other general AP adjustments.

·MSP Billing and Sub-Contractor Supervisor


·4+ years software Product Management/Owner experience

·Product Management/Product Owner certification is a plus, e.g., CSPO, PSPO

·Strong verbal and communication skills

·Demonstrated project management skills

·Strong understanding of Agile

·Strong strategic thinking skills – ability to think of creative solutions to solve problems

·UX/UI/Service Design skills is a plus

·Understanding of the agile based Software Development Life Cycle model and secure testing methodologies.

·Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills for effective communication to clients and project team members; including prior experience writing white papers, proposals, research reports, articles, and case studies.

·Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
