Trailer Mover (Transportation Department) - CDL A Required
Schedule: M - F, 10:00pm - 6:30am

As a Coke Florida Trailer Mover your daily responsibilities will include but are not limited to: 

  • Responsible for driving and transporting finished goods from our production facility to our warehouse/distribution center
  • Transport finished goods or raw materials between facilities
  • Load and unload goods using a forklift or pallet jacks
  • Connect or disconnect trailers at destination
  • Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections, as well as verify load and serial numbers
  • Maintain DOT time log, Bill of Lading and other paperwork as required
  • Maintain vehicle, product and equipment to company standards  
In order to for you to be successful in the Trailer Mover-CDL Required role, you should meet or exceed the following qualifications:
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the United States for any employer
  • Must have a valid CDL A Commercial Drivers license
  • Your driving record (MVR) cannot have any major moving violations* within the last 3 years
  • Preferably have your High School or GED diploma   
  • 1 to 3 years of general work experience is preferred
  • 6 months to 1 year of CDL Driving experience is preferred, will consider recent driving school graduates
  • Ability to operate a two or four wheeled dolly
  • Ability to operate all types of industrial power trucks
  • Familiar will all DOT regulations
*Major moving violations include, but are not limited to, leaving the scene of an accident, driving under the influence, and reckless or careless driving. Minor moving violations include, but are not limited to, speeding, driving too close, failure to stop, and improper lane changes. Driving records, including minor moving violations, will be evaluated according to Coke Florida guidelines to determine eligibility for the Trailer Mover position.
