We are looking for a Nylon Coater to join our Greenwood, IN facility on a 1st shift schedule. You will coat parts with nylon. If you are interested, please apply on our career page or via email to hr.greenwood@avalign.com.


Job Scope:


What You’ll Do:

  • Coat parts with nylon using the fluidized bed application method
  • Help with the shipping and receiving of parts into and out of the facility
  • Parts washing and drying
  • Sand Blasting parts
  • Priming parts
  • Load parts onto the conveyor belt of the primary heating oven
  • Remove the nylon coating from the rivet holes by drilling-out the hold on a drill press
  • Visual inspection of finished part prior to packing for shipment

What You’ll Need:

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 1-3 months related experience and/or training
  • Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
  • Mathematical skills to manage units of measure, fractions, decimals, whole numbers.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
